Many of you know I just began TRT through my doc for a little over a month now. I've also been using Test Prop inbetween my doc visits as to not throw my numbers off when he does blood tests.

Anyways... Surprised the shit out of myself this morning on Chest day. My strength has taken a huge jump as of recently.

Bench Press- I warm up alot during this.

7@95 / 7@115 / 7@135 / 7@185 / 16@225 / 14@245 / 11@275 / 9@315 / 18@225

Most I had ever done at 315 was 3 reps. I was fking elated with this jump. Looking forward to seeing sone other advancements soon!

Dam nice bro.
But as you get into the bigger numbers on your bench, form and techinque are super important.
Google Dave Tate bench press.
This is an excellent vid and will save you the potential injuries of heavy benching. It will also add some instant pounds to your bench!
Good luck bro.

I am pretty well blitz'd after doing the bench press. The rest of chest day goes with a mix of different workouts. Everything from dips to cable flys to incline db press. I mix it up every two weeks.

Hard for me to imagine that about a year and half ago, I was unable to bench 135# 5 reps.

A nutritionist, a treadmill, a gym membership and a change in my outlook on life changed me for the better.

Plus getting to know you bros over the past 6 months has driven me even further!
