Looking for help creating a diet, I can provide all stats and exp. This is a serious request, my last cut I lost so much muscle it was unreal I'm now bulking and looking for advice on a clean bulk suited to my body type and possibly a cut to follow.

Also if you're a legitimate trainer or nutritionist I can provide pictures for a client portfolio if you keep one.

Your welcome bro. I personally used a nutritionist from another board when I began dieting and getting my life in order but FitGuru is here so I pimp him out.

Careful though... I remember him asking for nudie pics. ;)

Roger and Sandy Riedinger taught me everything I know..they are masters at conditioning, they run the N.Kentucky show every year, which has grown to be a quite well known, publicized show. They are absolute professionals and will work with you through e-mail. This is a pic the first show I used them.

We will keep track of it. Getting ripped is second nature for me. I'm known for bringing people in dry and shredded.

Good thing basically nutrition is necessary on daily basis i mean if you have something which is natural and rich in substances at the same time that will help you a lot in keeping yourself boosted.
Have red beef,tuna,nuts,eggs(white),fruits etc that's all you need atm.
