You will need

1 jar tostitos salsa (mild, medium, hot doesn't matter)

1/2 sliced onion

1 box whole wheat pasta

3 4oz boneless chicken breasts

Prepare

1 Box (add another if its more than 3 people) of whole wheat pasta cooked to you liking (i mean if you like stiffer pasta or tender)

3 4oz chicken breasts cooked in a covered medium sauce pan with a half sliced onion, 1/2 cup of water and I like to add a little lemon or lime juice for flavor since I don't add salt. Medium heat should be 6-8 minutes per side (adjust time if you didn't thaw out frozen chicken)

When everything is done put your chicken on your pasta and top with the tostitos salsa. It tastes great, enjoy

Surprisingly it is very good. I'm sure it will taste even better for people if they use salt when they cook (I don't at all rite now) but the salsa really helps out a lot for those that leave out the salt like me and makes it taste great

Let me know how you like it.

Not sure how your diet has been but if you've already cut out most sodium from your diet you will like it how I cook it, if you haven't just add a little bit to the pasta when your cooking it and a little bit of seasoning to the chicken on only 1 side to reduce the total sodium. I did this same recipe over the weekend with 4oz salmon filets and that was good as hell too. But I cooked the salmon with a little bit of pure olive oil rather than water and I browned it a little more

This sounds real good. I've always loved using tomato based sauces/salsas on chicken. The best is it's easy enough to whip up quick. Plus I've got an entire cabinet of homemade tomato salsa, sauce and soup that my parents gave to me. They have so many tomatoes in their garden that I always get the extras! :)
