Well I figure if I remodel the master bathroom I might as well... My wife wants those showers that shoot from the wall and ceiling and she wants a his and hers to save time so I figure maybe I can just make it a steam room as well...?

Definitely beneficial although I don't have one. Gym does tho. And my inlaws have a great steam room. Its awesome

I don't have one at home and wouldn't want one. Where I live they have big ass co ed public saunas :) if I had one at home I wouldn't be able to take a sauna with loads of fit naked chicks! :D

Yep bro gotta love the Germans and their love for public sauna, been there and done that. Love It!!

Today I am working on my Hot Tub. I know that was not part of the question but we sure do enjoy ours. Many of the same benefits of both sauna and steam room. Plus gentle massage.

I have a hot tub. I freakn love it. So good to soak after a long day and sip on a ice cold beer. When Im sore from a killer work out ,its the best! Great for having some fun in too with the spouse ;) I recommend one for any couple lol

Where can I look these up I was just going to go all out and rip up the bathroom we r getting a new house soon so nows my chance

I now have access to a sauna but i just don't see any thing good coming from sitting in a oven and slow roasting.
