I eat VERY little bread, if ever. But recently I've been craving PBJ's. I just want opinions on those who do eat bread and if they see a big difference eating white vs whole wheat. If I ever eat bread its daves killer bread or Ezekiel.
Im starting to wonder if white is better for digestibility. I typically eat half lb chicken and potatoes or rice post workout but was thinking of maybe switching it up to pbj and a big protein shake once or twice a week.

Stick to the least processed like Ezekiel.

You'll find it in the freezer section of an organic aisle of Kroger, Whole Foods, or another place.

Whole Foods is an upscale grocery store. You'll find every high end food there. It's a bit pricey but worth it if you ask me.

I been eating that bread for about two weeks its a taste you have to get used to that is why I bought the cinnamon raisin. They have a warehouse in CT were I am from but that is too far for me to travel and very few supermarkets carry it out here.

I actually had to adjust to it at first, but now I prefer the hearty breads like this.

yeah I feel you on that like they say this is a lifestyle I am hispanic so we basically only eat to type of rice brands so switching over to brown rice and basmati rice the taste was not the same but now I love them both.
