If freakin pissed off tonight nursing a jacked up shoulder!!! As I learned the spotter you choose can mean the difference between a good lift or getting injured. Unfortunately tonight I picked the wrong guy. I was doing flat DB presses and went for some big boys and I ask a kids to just grab my wrists if I struggle getting them up and locked out up top, pressing them isn't the issue, if I get in trouble I'll just dump them. I don't know what part of grab my wrist this little fu_k didn't understand but her just stood there and did nothing. The right one was up and locked in but the left not so much. I should have just dumped it but like the idiot I am I didn't. Know i'm home with a f Ed up shoulder with ice and the shocker on it. Please pick someone competent enough to understand what to do!

Thats why I usually lift alone or with my kids, yes my kids are that old. The youngest boys, twins, are 26. I know I can count on those three people to get it right.
