Home Workout: A 145-lb person can burn a whopping 330 calories with a 30-minute workout,
Running: person can burn 300 calories by running at 5.2 mph for 30 minutes,
Cycling: Person can burn from 250-500 calories in 30 minutes,
Swimming: Person can burn 400 calories in 30 min.

You could also add:

-Running up hills (sprinting up the hill, walking down, and repeat..)
-Pulling a sled across the street (if you don't have a sled you can go cheap and pull a tire)
-Suicides (set up cones you liberate from the city and run suicides on a nearby school field)

I could go on and on but it's not hard to come up with cheap and very effective ways of performing cardio.

Hi Zacktodevski,
Cardio exercise may also add jumping rope, sprinting, rowing, mountain climbing, burpees, jumping squats, dragging sand bag, flipping tire, jumping box, running stairs and hopping line.

All cardio exercises are the great for the weight loss purposes.
High intensity cardio exercises burn the fat more effectively as compare to any other. There must be at least two cardio exercises in any weight loss exercise plan.
