1 cup Non Fat Greek Yogurt
1 cup Non Fat Milk
1 Scoop Whey Protein Isolate (recipe tastes best with Choc or Van)
1 Banana
2 Tbsp Crunchy PB
3 Ice Cubes

Blend and enjoy!

Total Calories: around 540

Thanks. Sounds really good. I make the same without the yoghurt. I'll add it next time.
