Quick, easy, cheap, tasty, and high calorie is the idea. Sometimes you gotta scrape by.

Two of mine

Cheap imitation birdnest soup.

Bring some ramen noodles (any type, throw away the sauce packet) to a boil. Once they get soft add in 3-4 beaten eggs, bring back to a boil for a moment until the eggs are cooked. I add in some sriracha sauce but I think it tastes just fine without anything too.

Toaster peanut butter cup (more of a snack).

Throw some chocolate chips on a piece of bread and place into toaster oven along with another piece of bread without chocolate. When chocolate softens and bread is toasted, slather some PB on the plain piece and put together with the chocolate covered piece. It's delicious as hell!

Any favorite cheap and easy meals/snacks?

Hell yeah, especially if you have a store like Aldi around that sells milk for under $2 a gal

Also, look for pork steaks. I get them for less than half the price of beef. Although higher in fat, a 12 oz pork steak has about 700 calories and 100g of protein. That will put some size on you!
