Hey Guys,
Looking forward to diving right in and learning what the muscle coalition is all about. Ive hung out on other forums before and saw this one has a growing community with a lot to offer.
I am recently getting back into aggressive lifting after a year off and a couple years on and off before that.
I have a couple pounds to lose due to a shitty diet.. Man do I love to eat. I lift 4 days a week and do cardio on a bike.
If anyone wants to take me under their wing so to say.. I would much appreciate it!
