This is to make 2 servings.

1 Cup - Dried Old Fashioned Oats

1.5 - 1.75 Cups Cold filtered water.

2 Tbsp - Your favorite Peanut Butter. Brand and style will effect macros but really minimally. I will go with Jif brand here. (This is optional if you want to cut some of the cals / fats)

1/4 Tsp - Cinnamon powder. More or less depending on how much you like cinnamon.

2 - 30 Gram scoops of Chocolate Protein Powder. I use True Nutrition DC's Protein Formula Dutch Chocolate Fudge Flavor.

Easy Directions

Mix Oats and Water in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in the microwave for 2 minutes. Remove and stir, return to microwave to continue cooking until texture is to your liking. This is about another two 30 sec intervals for me.

Remove bowl. Add cinnamon and mix thoroughly.

Add Peanut Butter and mix thoroughly until smooth.

Add protein powder to mix and fold into the oats. After folding mix vigorously with a spoon until completely combined.

This should turn the oats into a creamy concoction and is really really delicious!!

I'll make this tomorrow morning and post a picture. I eat this as my after workout meal on high carb days.

I've made this before and it's pretty good if the protein is tasty. If is not it's tough to get down.

True Nutrition Double Dutch Chocolate Fudge is the best brand and flavoring I have ever had.

DC Blend is Protein Isolate which mixes really well and does not give me gas like whey concentrate.
