This is one of my "breakfast smoothies" I make in my NutriBullet every morning

1/2 cup gluten free oats
frozen fruit(mango, strawberries, or blueberries)
handful of fresh spinach
1 scoop of vanilla whey
a good fat source( either 1/2 avocado, handful of slivered almonds, or almond butter)
water

I change it up and use almond milk instead of water sometimes. Of couse any fruit you like would work too. I am allergic to bananas so I don't use them but I love em. I also throw in some plain nonfat greek yogurt sometimes. Remember the thicker the shake, the more satiating it will be.

I will get some more and post for you all:)

I have also thrown brussel sprouts, asparagus, brazil nuts, and other things in there but those I usually use in the afternoon cause I cant handle to 'green' at breakfast time, lol
