6:30 #1 3egg white/1 egg with mushrooms and 1/2 avocado and side of 1/2 cup blueberry, strawberries and raspberries.... With 8oz green tea...
9:30 #2 1 scoop of protein powder with 8oz of almond milk and 1/2 banana... 8oz water
12pm #3 4oz chicken or tilapia 5oz sweet potatoes 1/2 cup brown rice.. Broccoli and green beans... 8oz water...
3:30 #4 1 scoop of protein powder with 8oz of almond milk and 1/2 cup berries.. 8oz water...
6:30 #5 4 oz chicken or salmon 4oz sweet potatoes 1 cup brown rice or 1/4 cup low fat cheese with broccoli, peppers or asparagus.. 8oz water...
**9pm optional** 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt with 1-2 tbsp. Chopped nuts or cucumber slices with 1 tbsp. Hummus... 8oz chamomile tea...

Its only been 3 days since I stated eating like this... So will see how it works with my body!!! ;););)

Looks good...I followed something like this several years ago and it worked good for me. Have you figured out the exact macros on this ?

not exact cuz its too much to stress on and I just go by feel..less carbs on non workout days and zero carb before bed.....

It is! Eating whole eggs is perfectly healthy. It's one of the biggest dietary myths of all times. There is nothing at all wrong with the yolk and to truly take advantage of the amino load the entire egg needs to be eaten. Saturated fat is perfectly healthy. We do need to keep macros in check of course.

Trans fat is the enemy.

I used to eat at this place called wahoos and this regular and the server told me watching me eat my lunch was like an eating contest haha! I always ran out of time....rarely food!

I got my labs back today and lets just say I have to hide them from the wife lol. Cholesterol and LDL not so great.....time to adjust some things I guess.

Minus the sweet potatoes, salmon and tea this is spot on all my favorite foods. Our diet is very similar.

I guess I'll always be a disgusting fat body..............I just slid 4 slabs of meatloaf (about 1-1/4" thick) down my neck.............with mashed taters..........did I add gravy...........fuck yea~!

Today I had 1 cup oats and blueberries for breakfast with a protein shake. Co-worker brought In some cheddar,bacon,beer bread his wife made! Omg it was so good. I yelled at him and said next time u fucking call me I'll bring grass fed butter and a toaster! I had plenty of it!

Lunch I had foot long tuna at subway with spinach and bacon lol.

Had some oatmeal raisin, chocolate cookies my wife made.

Beef jerky and now a chicken burrito from trader joes. Only had 1 beer tonight lol.

Not my best day not my worst lol.

This eq is leaning me out.

Try some eq at a low dose it's great for many women.

How would I ship them to survive the journey? We feed the organic feed and let them run around the yard. My wife wanted them. Easier to tend to then dogs.

Yeah it's 5 times what you get at the super market. Causes fat loss.

You can sell those organic local eggs online regularly by joining a locally grown website. People will come pick them up and pay you 20 bucks a week or more depending on how many eggs you have. I admire that you have chickens, getting some hens is a goal of mine.
