Well.. Favorite as is like to do? Incline walking.

Favorite as in works best? Hands down Stairclimber. Plus the calf workout is sickening on the StairClimber.

I have to go easy with my cardio or it takes days to recover. I love the stairmaster too and of course doing HIIT on any machine. I have been using a new machine at the gym and love it...a bit easier on the knees and hips too. It is the Precor Adaptive Motion Trainer

I've never used the stair master. On rare occasion I've done cardio I use the elliptical and hiit.
I'd rather take proviron and tren to cut lol.

I wish I had the type of metabolism that could warrant that. Unfortunately I have to cardio no matter what.

Even the natural oils that you use are considered Supps baby1.

If it is processed from its natural state to supplement regular intake.

At least in my opinion that is... But I am a man and we are usually wrong. According to my girl and my mom... 😄

lol yes I do use natural oils in a diffuser but do not ingest them. Supps are great and if I could, I would be using them but in the last year I am allergic to so much that I don't even bother. The thing I do use is whey but even sometimes have to back off from that

Elliptical Trainer by far... excellent upper & lower body cardio workout. Highest resistance setting & incline (if avaliable). You can burn boo-koo's of calories & fat in just 20-30 minutes!

I agree with Big Hoss and also enjoy inclined treadmill (heart rate around 130) with an iPad :-).

I like incline but cant do the treadmill or incline at all. Kills my hips and knees

I could see that being a big problem. My wife likes to row and use the elliptical for that reason.

Boxing used to be my favorite. I used to have 13 training videos. They would wear your ass out.

Yeah, that's why I switched over to the Elliptical Trainer from the Treadmill. Treadmill was too hard on my knees and hips and the Elliptical Trainer is very low impact. Made a BIG difference.

It hurts me less to walk outside compared to the treadmill

Keep it at 30 minutes tops, that's all you need. Do it fasted with a cup of joe!

Have to say I agree with Orange24. This is an awesome cardio workout. Fasted cardio is the best.
