I usually eat some sort of meat protein with mixed veggies, then toss in mash potato or a couple red potatoes for added carb...

Breakfast when bulking..is 7-8 eggs (2whole) and mini pancakes (3) with peanut butter on em..love it..or two packs of oatmeal with half scoop of protein powder maybe mass gainer

I know a lot of guys won't like this. But I've upped my protein shake in take to sometimes six a day. Haven't cut out meals just added shakes. Bulking is bulking

Add I'm also 150 right now and around 6% body fat so I couldn't care less about eating clean 😊

Don't know if it's the dbol tpa or more shakes but in just these few days I already look much fuller. Like I did around 165. I thought it was in my head but this morning 3 different people said wow ur getting big again so I know it's not my head. Probably dbol and water weight and muscle memory I guess. When I lost the 30lbs some
Was muscle but most fat so the muscle is still there I guess

I'd be slammin PBJ & milk, lots of cals and pretty cheap. That said depending how tall you are and what your goals are you may not need to gain too much.

I was happy walking around at 180lbs. I have crohns so there is a little more to it than just eating everything I can.

I am doing the GOMAD and x4 PBJ's a day plus whatever else I feel like snacking on during the day to get well over 6k calories a day. I am still stuck at 5'8 175lbs.

Finally getting myself down from 14% to 11% I'm going to try and linger here while slowly increasing calories. I hate bloating up. diets really clean. chicken breast egg whites cottage cheese greek yogurt salmon, lean beef and turkey etc....

I carb cycle for the most part and this works for me pretty well. Cardio 4-6 times a week as well. 20-30 mins. I've found this is my sweet spot if i want to continue adding mass without fat.

i used to do the whole bulk thing, shovel food in etc....didnt help me look better, just bigger. I want to have the bodybuilder body not powerlifter if that makes sense.

in 2015 i hope to add anywhere between 10-15lbs of lean mass.

OP a couple questions for you. Your asking for meal ideas correct? Are you bulking on a budget? Do you care about putting on bodyfat or more of a lean bulk? Are you looking for simple things that don't require a lot of time cooking or prepping? Are you just bored with the basic of say "eggs and oats" "chicken and rice" ect and need new idea?

Just asking these questions as I have a ton of food ideas (as I'm fatkid at heart) and recipes if your interested.
