I've been a bodybuilding figure bikini and physique coach for 15 years I have 25 years of competition experience. Anyone needing advice on conltest prep or just getting in your best possible shape feel free to personal message me for any advice you may need. I will also try to be more active on the boards. I've been vacationing.

You know, yes I do this for a living but in order to gain people's trust and let them know "you really do" know what your doing and you DO have the experience and and not just copy and pasting everything you do then you have to give a little before you can take.honestly there is nothing I don't know about this sport. I've lived it and worked it for 30 years!! Not just the last 2-3 years. I feel you have to EARN respect, not just say " hey I did this so everyone believe me".

Nice...knowing how to properly diet for a show is an art, alot of guys are clueless and think you should eat something like nothing but tuna etc...I'm glad I had a mentor teach me properly including the last few days before a show which can make or break you.

Yep, I've competed in 39 shows myself and put hundreds on stage. My local team is known for their conditioning.
