I'm going to try to log this. Don't laugh it's my first log.
Oh and I'm a fat ass right now.
I'm 34
5'11"
206lbs
arms 15.5"
Thighs 24"
Calves 16.5"
251

Diet isn't great right now but in three weeks or so we will be moved into our new house then I can start cooking again.

Today
Squats 5x5-65
Bench 5x5-65
Bent rows 5x5-75

Yes I know that is super light. This should be interesting. I loaded the app and just upped the starting weight about 20lbs. Zed said no cardio right now so what's above is it.

So here is what I ate today for an example of my shit diet.

Bfast @ waffle house 2 eggs,2 toast, hashbrowns, chicken breast
Brunch @ Arby's turkey bacon ranch without ranch
Lunch @ taco hell grilled stufft chicken burrito
Linner @ Arby's same as brunch
Dinner @ Logan's steak house steak, salad with ranch, sweet potato

Any suggestions? I'm trying to bulk again before I cut this winter. For the next three weeks I have to eat out.

I am on half my trt dose of cyp. And taking cjc, ghrp-6. I thought about throwing in tren at about week 6 just a low dose so I don't put on too much fat.

Well bro good for you. You parked your pride at the door and are starting out on your 5x5 just the way you should be, LIGHT!
Now as you progress through the plan you most likely wont need to backtrack and do a reset. IMO its always better to keep the forward momentum going and I think you will be able to do just that.
And gr8 on the fact that your Bent Over Row is more then your bench. Thats important in keeping shoulder injuries away. Do your best to keep it that way or at least your bench and rows at the same weight.

Just try to keep it as healthy as you can bro.

How come only half your TRT dose? IMO get back on the full dose ASAP!

Acne gets crazy during the summer. I work outside in 105 temps you can see in the pic I even have the shit on my stomach. But yea I'm about to bump it up to 400mg ew my doc suggested it ;-)

Squats 5x5-65 my knee is hurting so didn't go up on this.
Ohp 5x5-50
Deadlift 2x5- 90. Oops I did 2 sets suppose to do one.

Ok so next week will bump test to 400mg ew.

I forgot to add I started 30mg eod of tren a just because I had a partial bottle taunting me. Once I get my order in and get rolling on this I may just bump up to 100mg eod.
I am also think seriously about giving the myostatin HMP a try.

2. After you catch your breath from the bike do 3-4 sets of Body Weight Squats, ass to grass, 2 seconds down and 2 seconds up.
3.Move on to your weighted back squats.
Let me know how this works out for you.
Also I use Knee Sleeves with my knees all slathered up with Ice Blue.

Holy shit I guess I have been doing squats and rows all wrong. My quads and upper back where burning today. On squats I'm taking ass to the floor.

Squats 5x5- 70
Bench 5x5- 65
Rows 5x5- 85

Yea I know I went backwards a little but I decided to do exactly the weight the app says.
Bumped test to 400mg today next week will start 300mg tren a ew.
Also running ghrp-6, cjc. Gonna get myostatin mhp to run for 2 months as well.

Ok this is really weird. My thighs are thicker already. I wear boxer briefs and the leg holes are tight as hell. I stopped the gh peps today because there is a large lump on one side of my belly I want to see if it goes away or if I need to possibly go see dr. It's tender but not painful.

After doing the warm up zed suggested and using the light weight I am able to get my ass to the floor on squats. Even with light weights my quad have a slight doms.

Couple of my strong as hell friends all seem to do lower reps like this. Spotted my buddy do 405 bench Sunday. No suit, no straps, no belt, non powelifting style.....straight man strength.

I wanted to try something different because I have a lot of injuries. Collar bone that will never be fixes unless I get surgery, tendons in my wrist that have been broke and not fixed, etc.

I hear ya bro. I don't really go for # on my lifts poundage wise. I mean sure I'm always trying to progress on my lifts. When I plateau on a exercise I swap I a new one.

I go for pure muscle isolation, contraction, blood volume.

I've found this is the best way to minimize injury. Whenever I really push one move to far.....injuries happen.

Kai green has a great video on YouTube about "I'm a bodybuilder" not a powerlifter. my body is just not built for powerlifting.....

I'm a firm believer in u have to listen to the body....if it hurts.....do something else!

The good thing about using this light weight that I have noticed the mind muscle connection. I think I have been doing som thing wrong. Still having an issue getting chest to kick in with bench it feels like its all in my front delts.

Hey bro IMO doing all of the lifts right now is not optimal but ok. As your wieghts get bigger your gonna need to go back to the A/B routine. If you dont then you will most likely find that your CNS wont have recovered enough. You will feel fatigued all the time and may even have sleep issues.
Personnaly if it were me I would just add in more sets with the lighter weights. That will help to have your connective tissues ready for the bigger weights that are coming.
So just be aware, and good luck bro.

Well I'm on week 3 and arms officially 16" this morning. Not sure exact weight it's over 220 though I had shoes on when I weighed so minus a few pounds still leaves me over 220. I have a little more fat not much. But this is a very dirty bulk with pretty much eating out every meal.

Yea I'm actually thinking about leaving the weight where it is for next week. It is taking a few days for shoulders, upper back to recover. May add few more warm ups too.

For a basic shoulder warm up I start with 10lb db and do side, front raises and then prop elbow up and warm up rotator. Bench,squats,rows, DL I start out with bar weight 1set of 20, then add 50lb and do 2 sets of 20.

On the SL 5x5 I do this to WU.
10 min bike at 130 BPM.
4x12 bod weight squats.
Then I do my squats. This cuz I dont do heavy squats cuz of knee issues.
Then on to bench...but thats a thing of the past for me....
Bench 5x12 at bar
Bench 3x12 at 135 or till I feel good.
Then I continue up in weight counting down in reps till I get to my working weight. Usually 4-6 more sets.
Now you are pretty well warmed up in your upper bod. So I dont do any additional WU for Bent over rows.

Then on the B workout the same WU for squats. The squats have you already warmed up for the DLs.
For OHP what you do is gr8.

Yea crazy part is we have done this for the past 5 yrs. we never really thought about it until now. That comes out to around $36k a year or $180k over the last 5. The thing we could have done with that. My wife's 57 would be finished already.

I know as a natural trainer (Maybe not much longer : ) ) You might be haveing a yo yo effect going on. You will start dropping fat and think you are getting smaller, then you get the bounce back up. Go by what the mirror tells you and forget the scales. Who cares if you weigh 200 or 300 pounds? If its all muscle its all good! Oh and good luck with the 5x5 plus diet. I think the first Top guy who did a training program like that was Reg Park. If that even matters.

Front squats with the smith machine might be an option. Some people, like me, cross thier arms and do front squats like that. (Cross them between the elbow and wrist.)

Diet is going to suck longer than I thought mortgage company fucked us and the sellers. So I'm still homeless. Going to finish out my bs workouts this week and start fresh Monday with 5x5.

Oh I forgot to mention even on my shitty diet I have lost a little fat. Forearms last night where so veiny wife said what's wrong with your arms lol. Chest looks bigger fuller in the mirror my chest has always been tough for me. Legs are definitely bigger I have to powder now so I don't get rash. Got on the scale and I'm only 216. Wife and I where laying in bed last night she grabbed my bicep and it was on. Finally wife is being nice again :)

Thank you LB this has been extremely tough. Between Every thing that was going on I almost put it on hold but I have a goal and I'm going to hit that goal even if it kills me.
