People knock it, but it's actually a good way to lower bp and really get limber.
I did yoga a couple of times.. Motherfucker!!! I had muscles that hurt that i didnt even know i had... But yeah i would never do it at the gym lol

I have done the heated yoga....it is great. A good stretch, and a great sweat!

Lol, I'm a huge fan of yoga as a way to get limber, reduce stress, practice mindfulness, and increase body awareness and balance, but some of the claims by yoga nuts is hilarious. I have several friends that teach yoga and they'll try to convince you that you don't need any other type of exercise if you just do yoga.
Well, Yoga helps a lot to relax my mind and if you have some problem in your physical health and mental health, it would be good solution as well.
All those deep breaths exercises in Yoga help you to reset your mind back to its natural state, it makes it calm, focused, and sharp.
