I used to burst blood vessels on my face with squats. Loved it. Can't wait to hit some heavy squats will on gear and get nose bleeds. :P (If I get to go back to the gym. :()

It is. It's still messed up, but I do physical therapy every day and increase wiegjt very slow with all upper body.

My legs are full of them, (varicose veins), from hittin' hard on the leg press and seated calf machine.

I always bust the same blood vessel on my middle finger doing rows and sometimes deadlift so I feel your pain. However I don't bleed like that, you be popping that shit huh? Does it cause you much pain or discomfort ?

When my legs are stressed and under a heavy load & resistance, there's always a possibility that a very weak varicose vein (especially on my calf), will blow. It will literally spew blood out like a water fountain. Not a pretty sight! lol
