Lol! I see why u guys thought that....I just didn't read it that way myself.
I got my labs back today and lets just say I have to hide them from the wife lol. Cholesterol and LDL not so great.....time to adjust some things I guess.

Minus the sweet potatoes, salmon and tea this is spot on all my favorite foods. Our diet is very similar.

I guess I'll always be a disgusting fat body..............I just slid 4 slabs of meatloaf (about 1-1/4" thick) down my neck.............with mashed taters..........did I add gravy...........fuck yea~!

Today I had 1 cup oats and blueberries for breakfast with a protein shake. Co-worker brought In some cheddar,bacon,beer bread his wife made! Omg it was so good. I yelled at him and said next time u fucking call me I'll bring grass fed butter and a toaster! I had plenty of it!
Lunch I had foot long tuna at subway with spinach and bacon lol.
Had some oatmeal raisin, chocolate cookies my wife made.
Beef jerky and now a chicken burrito from trader joes. Only had 1 beer tonight lol.
Not my best day not my worst lol.
This eq is leaning me out.
