Any suggestions..

I have yet to find a pre-wirk out that actually do not make me sick afterwards!!! I've tried a few and one of them for some reason made me so sick I would throw up after two hours!!! Another one made me feel weak and with headaches.... I have tried not putting so much on the mix.. But had same results... I only found one that was good... But they stopped selling them... :(

I just got a sample pack from MA / MrSupps and will be running a small log on their Pump Juice Extreme Pre Workout.

I'm actually using my girl as the guinea pig because I am not fully recovered from surgery and not back in the gym full time.

I had her use it today and write her thoughts about it along with her workout. I'll be posting them up soon this week.

Strictly OTC supps or supps + compunds?

I have the same problems with pre. Anymore I just eat some good carbs an hour before and have a cup of black coffee.

We have plenty...I have used many MANY PWO's in my time, and Pump Juice Extreme is what I am stuck on now, the wife loved Cellucor C4 but I changed her over to PJX and she likes it a lot. $29.99 shipped is a great deal and 2-3 day shipping.

I have to be careful with them too. I often feel on the verge of puking they make me so amped up.
I workout late so I just use Karbolyn and bcaa anymore.
