I was reading about a browser set up for deep web surfing anonymously, and this looks pretty good

anyhow , they recommended a virtual machine on top of a Linux install that was on either a cd-rom or a encrypted usb stick
before rolling your eyes saying I can't do the that.
the guide is very detailed , and I don't think you need a phd in computer science , in fact it looks like something that was written for average people ( lots of pictures!! )

you get caught , you stomp on the stick.. all you need is a old 4gb or 8 gb stick. and boot to the usb stick.

of course if they are really tracing you , then a hardware base MAC address (network card with unique finger print) is still going to be on your computer, and the guide points out they do not even discuss vpn..you can use a usb network connector and stomp on that as well of a disposable MAC address. ( or as chesty pointed out 1/2 a minute in a microwave )
