Epic Noel Fuller Diet/Gear Thread

I found this thread on MD. It's from '12 but there is a ton of good info on dieting and gear from Noel Fuller who is one of the top bodybuilding coaches. Even if u don't agree with him it's hard to argue with his practical success. Among other things, he talks about his moderate protein, moderate carb, and low fat diet. He also discusses his favorite gear, which if I remember correctly is Sustanon, Tren, Masteron, test prop, and Anadrol. The thread males great reading.
