It's the fatloss.
Sled pulling first thing in the morning kills sprints, interval training, etc as far as fatloss IME. I've been doing this for probably about as long as you IG and just wanted to share what I've found to be true. I would have never expected sled pulling to change my physique so much; fatloss is about the same.
