I stick to sammiches at work.. Mostly subway or the like, no dressing, no chips, no cookies. Wash them down with water.
Don't get me wrong it's no miracle drug, but I think it helps. I take at least 4 a day, but if I run out I do notice it gets a little harder to piss.
I'm calling bullshit.. It works great for me when I'm on long cycles. If I skip a day or two I can Definatly tell a differense, but I was taking 2 three times a day.
