you can use lifting straps so there's not so much strain on your wrists. just attach the straps to the bar where your hands wold normally go, now wrap your hands in them use that to stabilize the bar...

nice post bro, couple of exercises in here i actually didn't even know about
running on a treadmill is way too damn boring. outside with headphones in is the way to go, especially if you can find a good trail.
i gained a good amount of strength and mass using 5x5, but i sort of modified it. i didn't use stronglifts or madcow, just used the 5x5 method for big compound lifts, went hypertrophy on accessory...
