I only wrap my knees if I'm doing reps/sets with anything over 85-90% of my 1rm. Other than that I use knee sleeves to keep the knees warm.

No, pump is not needed for muscular growth. The only hypertrophy you'd get out of a constant pump is sarcoplasmic hypertrophy. Which is just fluid.

I've ran west side natty. Put 35 to bench and deadlift in 3 months.
The only bad thing is people forget to Deload. It's so hard on your body you almost have to be using AS to recover sometimes.
