That and you use a little swing with your body to complete the rep.

Another row you should check out is a Pendlay row. It's a bent over row with a bar with a dead stop and a complete stretch at...

If you're having tendonitis issues you should look up voodoo floss. A lot of people have used it with success.

    Re: Training through pain. Why???

This is why I always preach that everyone should schedule a recovery week periodically in their training. Depending on your goals you may want to take them every 4 weeks or instead you may want to...

    Re: T-bar rows

Kroc Rows are a high rep DB Row where you put a little cheat in them (you can use a little momentum) to knock out high reps. People usually perform 25 or more reps per set.

    Re: T-bar rows

If you perform the big movements such as deadlifts, bench, OHP, squats, and others you won't have to do things like calf raises or bicep curls. Those smaller muscles will get worked indirectly. ...

Re: The New Years Resolutioners are coming!!!

As long as they bust their ass and don't sit around I don't care. If they decide to sit and talk on my platform or squat cage than we'll have a problem.

    Re: Different style of barbell?

I wouldn't recommend using a cambered bar when benching. Using dumbbells increase the range of motion of the lift in comparison to a regular bench bar.

    Re: Fave Pre-Workout?

Everyone should look up April Mathis. She's the only chick to bench 405 raw. I admire her work ethic but you shouldn't sacrifice everything to put up a WR imho.

    Re: Different style of barbell?

How big is the bend? It could be a cambered bar or it could be a buffalo bar.

The bar pitches you forward which makes you really focus on keeping your upper back tight so you don't hunch over and...

    Re: Fave Pre-Workout?

I'll have to check out this C4 Extreme. I've tried Jack3d a couple times in the past and it helped give me that extra "umph" to really push myself. How's it compare to the that?
