Tried something like this recipe recently but I believe it used cottage cheese as well. turned out pretty well, and good for when you get that craving for dessert while dieting lol

Haven't been around on the forums lately but glad to see gdl is around. gdl has some good stuff. hope gdl still makes his mass stack, my favorite blend out of anything I used.
