If you can't get to food AT ALL while at work, just get in some high calorie meals ASAP. In the strength game, you're eating for recovery, not necessarily growth. Rich, calorie dense foods will help....
Can you sneak meals at work? Get in snacks? If so here's a few ideas:
Granola bars
PB sandwiches
PB (just keep a jar and a spoon near you)
Mix raw oats and whey and just snack on it
Bake some...
Wasn't your last "job" clearing out the copper? ;)

I do with my non-blender shakes. Those are
4 raw eggs
16oz whole milk
50 g whey
2 TBSP olive oil
I drink 1-2 dozen raw eggs a day and have never had any issues... Other than horrendous gas! Lol
I like this combo, it tastes just like chocolate no bake cookies!
1/2 cup raw oats
50-75g choc whey
3 spoonfuls PB
20 oz whole milk
6 raw eggs

For me, it's all gotta be on point. If I'm lifting big, eating big (clean or not) and sleeping good... I make great strength and size gains. When I add in gear, I blow the fuck up!
