i was kinda happy benching 285x3 then i saw what rage93 did. anyway, deadlifted 405x5 today(rep pr).
i seem to do better with a training partner also.
squated 315 for 8 reps yesterday, new rep pr.

dumbell preacher curl, did a solid rep with a 60 pound dumbell today, both arms.

405# sqaut today, after 385. best i have ever done.
heavy sqaut day tomorrow, may try for a new 1rm.
i use the wrist wraps also and do forearm exercises. going to give the 60# dumbell a try.
i had to try 55# dumbells after seeing this and did 4 reps with good form. thought that was good considering i had never tried over 50#
i have done 50# a couple times, your makin me feel small brother.
