    32, midget at 5' 6" lol I'm 175 lbs ish here. I dunno I'd say 10-12% bf. I hit 185 this run but I like how I look here at 175 better.

    2.5 yrs lifting (lifted in my late teens and 20's took 8+ yrs off lol).
    I've done 2 cycles in the 2.5 yrs. I do like 1 a yr. I try to peak out natty then use the gear to break plateaus.

    I lift 2-3 days a week. No cardio I just watch what I eat. We got a Costco card so it's easy to get organic chicken,quinoa, and filet mignon cheap and have it around.

    My wife likes plain simple food like me so that helps.

    Great information here. Guys need to quit complicating things and stay to the basic as everyone comes back to the basics.

    Your doing good bro, like I said maybe add one high protein/moderate fat/low carb meal or shake. Keep up the good work!

    I would say they also have to be replaced with healthy fats to (EFA's).
