32, midget at 5' 6" lol I'm 175 lbs ish here. I dunno I'd say 10-12% bf. I hit 185 this run but I like how I look here at 175 better.
2.5 yrs lifting (lifted in my late teens and 20's took 8+ yrs off lol).
I've done 2 cycles in the 2.5 yrs. I do like 1 a yr. I try to peak out natty then use the gear to break plateaus.
I lift 2-3 days a week. No cardio I just watch what I eat. We got a Costco card so it's easy to get organic chicken,quinoa, and filet mignon cheap and have it around.
My wife likes plain simple food like me so that helps.
