    Angry Injury

My left forearm is killing me. I can hardly grip a dumbell.
It's on the top- close to my bicep/elbow area.
No bruising or swelling that I can see BUT very painful.
    It's killing my workouts!
How do I tell if this is a muscle pull or ligament or tendon issues????

    My legs days I'm fine.
    My chest/shoulder/tricep days I'm fine
BUT on back/bicep/forearm days- might as well not even go...

    Any thoughts or suggestions?

Could be any of throse things. If the pain is persistent fir more than 7 days then take a trip to the doc for an MRI.

IMO injuries are nothing to take lightly and better off being safe than sorry bro. I had a pectoral injury during college that I worked through and it ended my Lacrosse career.

Take it easy for a few days and up your fish oil. Also look into supps like Ligatend or something similar.

    Agreed here.
When I die I want to be called a friend or family member by everyone I came into contact with!!!
