The govt has the ability to crack any encryption system please don't doubt that. I operate under the premise that this business isn't worth it to them. Actual terrorists maybe. My she purity concerns are random words getting picked up and noticed and LE somehow having logs/records released to them AFTER they are making a case. Honestly I don't think q hypothetical fictional other person gets caught through their communications. I think that the communications are part of the case that gets built around them. If they do get caught through communications it is be sure they are unknowingly corresponding with LE not because LE has unleashed the giant encryption cracker robot against their email provided.

There have been cases where they cannot crack encryption and guys w childporn walk free. The most recent ruling protects people from having to give the encryption key because of the 5th amendment.

Let us say I am not counting on holding up against government encryption cracking efforts. I want a provider that won't release.

I surely wouldn't take my chances against them.

I do believe they are unleashing that at me sorry. Terrorists yes. If I thought the govt wanted me that bad I wouldn't be in this line of work in the first place.

It will be hard on this one unless you run your own server and clear it every night.

There are VPN providers who claim to keep no logs thus nothing to release.
