blacked out doing deadlifts , plus I got a three day headache.
Yes. With me it is a chronic condition which has made me unable to squat. I used to have a decent squat. 405lbs but my hamstrings touched my calves at the conclusion of descent. Not great but after that I started having a hard time walking the weight back in the rack even if it was low as 225lbs, then one day I had 365 on my back n my bud watchn very closely, started to stagger on my in n next thing I remembered was coming to (a few seconds later) draped over the rack. My buds realized what was about to happen n leapt to my rescue. It still occurs as light as 225lbs so I had to exclude squats. Bummer. Heavy deads gives me a Lotta legwork plus the leg press n light squats. Never understood why my body betrayed me on that.
as Steven Wright said.... "ever lean back in a chair and just as you are going to fall over, you lean forward and catch your self........I feel like that all the time"
