I would not use my bcaa in my shakes. I am a firm believer in using before and after workout

I agree with fit guru. I take mine before workout and randomly throughout the day. On average it equals out to about three times a day I use bcaa's
All day long. ESP before and after workouts. If I remember I'll even take em during. If u Capp em yourself its cheap and no mixing or dogshit taste issues. Sometimes they fall out of my pockets at the gym lol.
The best supp there is IMHO.

I take them as soon as I wake up, followed by a shake and meal 30 min later. Same for PWO. Mixing them into your shake is just a waste.
Mixing it in your shake will ruin the taste of the shake IMHO. I bought some unflavored bcaa. Holy shit batman it's horrid. Undrinkable! I even tried in the fruit punch carnivor protein as well as an emergen c packet. Still horrid!
While whey does have bcaa and most shakes claim there add bcaa other then the taste I see no reason not to add bcaa. I still say capsulate them yourself though.
I question half the crap in supps is really inside the jug lol. That why all I take for supps is Desiccated liver, bcaa, protein powder.

Dr. Eric Serrano who I consulted with is also a big believer in BCAA's. I use them before a workout or cardio when I'm getting ready for a show.
I take em 30 mins before I work out.
