Agree. I switched gyms to a place that was less crowded and now I'm lucky if I can find a spot.
I stay in the hardcore gyms. ..I can't get motivated in planet fitness lol
I got escorted out by the police at planet fatness. I can't afford the hardcore gym. Phil's is 20 min away. And best MMA gym in area next door. And there is some underground clubs. But I goto fitness 19. With all the blue hairs. All the test junkies at the other gym make me crazy. I'm old as dirt and still can't keep my mouth shut. Must be the tren. Don't want to get beat down by. 5'8" midgut with little man complex. So hoody up earphones in dripping wet. Looking crazy. Fuck I even talk to myself most of the time. Fucking tren
i hear ya, man. i almost got escorted from a planet fittness. i ran on a treadmill for like 5 min at full speed to warm up with a buddy, and im like 230. so all that weight coming down in a sprint made a racket. plus i swear everything i did set off that fucking alarm. some little excuse for a human came up and told me i was being to loud and blah blah. i was going to grab my sweat shirt with out a word because i knew what was coming, and this little shit stepped between me and my stuff, saying "excuse me sir! did you hear me? you need to leave". me in a roar "come near me again and ill pull both your arms out of their sockets you little cunt!" all you heard was my pumas clicking on the floor as i walked out.

a good training partner is almost impossible to get ...((especially at planet fitness...LOL)) I think the best Idea I ever saw was a group of training partners... it seems strange but seem to work ...there was a group of 4 may be 5 guys that basically switched back and forth and agreed to show up around the same time.. and tried to sync up their work out so that we always pretty much on the same sched .. for example monday chest and tris, tues legs, thursday back and friday shoulders... however days off were for catchup ..for who wasn't there
end result was they pretty much always had someone to work out even if someone was working late, couldn't make sick .etc.. worse part was actually if they all showed up ... then they kind of had some awkward how do we do this..
as for me ...I can not really do a training partner .. I have a rather different routine.. I am older and do higher reps cause it is better on my old joints (15-20 reps) ...but I still manage 20-30 sets..so not bad..
but young guys do higher weight , lower reps and old guys like me ....we they do the tread mill.
I just turn up the head phones and keep going... I am the old man of the gym...kind of like the mayor
my best recommendation is to post in a location like this , and indicate you are looking for a partner something like Southern NH and wait for an pm .. a good workout is worth a short ride IMHO...
I remember hearing about a guy doing 2 hours to golds to do Legs ... I was thinking the drive down wouldn't be bad .. 2 hours drive after doing legs right would suck...
