I'm thinking about running this contest from Dec1- march 1 or 12 weeks. That way people can enjoy thanksgiving . Splurge some for the holiday but not fall behind and be in really good shape for start of spring. Thoughts ?

Yes dec 1st. You guys that have your starting diets just use them for reference for now. It does not help you to get a head start because I'm gonnna use the pics you send me Nov 28-30 for your "before" pics.
