Hello All,
Been away from the weight room for a couple years. Been hitting them consistently hard for the past three months getting back into training. With two younger kids, I have been busy. Used to belong to a similar site think it was anabolicwarrior.com but I think its gone. ANyone know what happened to it?
Either way, I am happy to be here as I start my training I am sure I will need advice from members here. Also hope I can provide some help as well.
