    Yoga

    I did this to impress some girl (to get some) and actually liked it.

    It's GREAT for stretching out the whole body. If you don't want to do it in the gym buy a DVD for home. I promise you will have a good stretching session.

    People knock it, but it's actually a good way to lower bp and really get limber.

    I did yoga a couple of times.. Motherfucker!!! I had muscles that hurt that i didnt even know i had... But yeah i would never do it at the gym lol

    I have done the heated yoga....it is great. A good stretch, and a great sweat!

    I am having a back problem when ever i am doing my yoga poses. Should i continue it or its better to move on for an alternative technique(light weight gym).

    What's the problem? If its an injury, you need to get it checked out by a real doc.
