    Yoga

    I did this to impress some girl (to get some) and actually liked it.

    It's GREAT for stretching out the whole body. If you don't want to do it in the gym buy a DVD for home. I promise you will have a good stretching session.

    People knock it, but it's actually a good way to lower bp and really get limber.

    I did yoga a couple of times.. Motherfucker!!! I had muscles that hurt that i didnt even know i had... But yeah i would never do it at the gym lol

    Yoga is best exercise that provides us great health benefits. Yoga keeps us fresh and active mentally and physically. Its a best exercise that provides us a best and perfect body shape.

    I actually do 30min of yoga 2-3x week and it does make a difference. It's helped me greatly with my bjj training so don't knock it until you try it.
