You have to use calipers. The scales and hand held some gyms use are a joke. I suggest everyone buy a cheap plastic set of calipers and do a 3 point test. Plenty of BF calculators onlinr
I resent diets to people that had empty emails. Working from wife's laptop backfired. Let me know Sat if anyone still doesn't have them.
