What are you goals for 2013?
My goals are to finally train at a gym that's drama free and a place where I can stay at for more than 5 - 6months. To get back to my powerlifting and to continue to compete and train in BJJ.

To finally really cut the last ten lbs of fat that is obscuring my abs. There should be at least six and they should not be blurry.
Get a boob job.

Oh I would like to rep 225x10 ATG squats too and I guess I like the sounds of a 365DL.
I have been eating like a slob this holiday season. Looking forward to getting back on track this new yr. going to do a nice recomp and see if I can't come close to 200lbs at 5' 6".
Might even do a mr physique show in April if I like how things are progressing.

I have one goal. To get bigger from head to toe. I have got to put on some size.
full set 315 bench again... not doing max any more ...( don't have the shoulders for it)
To be ready enough for my shows in oct to win.....I'm certainly not putting my body through all this shit to be the first loser.....I've also got more pics to post this week.....

Get big, but mainly focus on legs.
