    Well I figure if I remodel the master bathroom I might as well... My wife wants those showers that shoot from the wall and ceiling and she wants a his and hers to save time so I figure maybe I can just make it a steam room as well...?

    Definitely beneficial although I don't have one. Gym does tho. And my inlaws have a great steam room. Its awesome

    Steam room is very beneficial at gym as well as home. They help you relieve stress, improve blood circulation and also stop sweating

    I don't have one at home and wouldn't want one. Where I live they have big ass co ed public saunas if I had one at home I wouldn't be able to take a sauna with loads of fit naked chicks!
