So, I got some Carnivor beef protein powder for Christmas this year and I was wondering when is the best time to take the stuff. I get enough chicken, eggs, fish but I never really eat enough red meat. Also, anyone have any reviews? I asked my girl what she thought and she told be to ask the fellas I always get my advice from lol Im going to drink it tomorrow about 30 minutes preworkout tomorrow with a half cup of ground oats and whole milk. I hope that I get some quick gains from introducing a new protein to my body at this point in my cycle.
