Don't like mass gainers myself. They are mostly just carbs and crappy cals.
Eat another solid meal or 2 and u will have far better results IMHO.

This I know. Its more for emergency in case I am restricted on time and need some cals. I would never do it more than once maybe twice a week
If I had to take in a shake as a meal I'd make my own. I'd use micronized oats + protein blend. I wouldn't use something pre made because they all seem to have a lot of crap like sugar in them which you don't need.
Something else you should remember. If you pack your food the night before and put it in a cooler you'll never be in a situation where you are without your food. A little planning and preparation goes a long way.

I think banana shake is good to gain weight and mass. Banana shake contain protein that is good for weight gain. I always prefer to drink this banana shake.

2 scoops of protein powder, 2 scoops of milk powder, 1 tbs peanut butter and 15 oz of cold water. Mix all the ingredients well using a shaker bottle and enjoy your mass gainer shake. Feel free to comment on the recipe.
