Past. Egg white not raw. My under standing from what I have read is they are around 90%
I'm torn on this one orange. Some say the nutrients are killed during cooking even mixing eggs. Other articles claim they are more bio available cooked.
I used to do 2-3 raw eggs with yogurt and milk etc. I don't do that anymore cause I found out dairy was what was giving me grief lol. The flavored yogurt made the egg unnoticeable being raw. I'd just use a blender ball shaker bottle to break up the egg.
I still hold true to my original post. Meals pown shakes every time. 2 of the most jacked ppl I know don't even use protein powder or shakes!

I got a killer shake recipe from a mod on a different forum...its amazing...but if I told you..then you'd have it..amd I'd feel that I did t have one up on ya..and that would make me cry....I don't wanna cry..
