Time to heal
Calves, Abs, and Forearms every 1-2 days
Biceps, Triceps, Shoulders every 2-3 days
Chest and Hamstrings every 3-4 days
Back and Traps every 4-5 days
Quads and Lower Back every 5-6 days
Bare in mind it all depends on the person and how hard you hit the muscle
