cellphones while driving...is it really worth it

My buddy got clocked a couple weeks ago at a complete stand still on a red light. Little 18 year old girl who graduates this year... texting and driving. She hit him running 40-45 no skid marks, she didn't even break. Now he missed the last four weeks of his cycle and one of his vertebra only rotates to the right in his lower back. He may he getting set up for surgery as PT isn't helping

I'd be pissed about that. If some dumb bitch caused me to not be able to train and possibly need surgery the cops might as well lock me up because I'm going to cripple her.

Ive seen men and women doing it and missind stop signs. The other day my wife and I were stopped at a 4 way. Woman in an suv blew thru on her side donig 45-55. Dam glad we were not in the intersection. She was talking on the cell phone.
