Thanks to everyone for their comments. I spent the weekend getting in a few cheat meals for celebration of making it through LOL. Country fried steak, mash potatoes, gravy, corn on the cob, etc . But then this morning I was back on track with eating clean again. Looking forward to keeping the progress going and shifting now to adding size while still staying somewhat lean if that is possible.

I love this board. I do not post much but I am on every day. I have been around since the EB days and am proud to be a member here.
